Boyne Highlands Resort, in partnership with North Central Michigan College, Northwest Michigan Works, and the American Culinary Federation, are pleased to offer this unique career opportunity for qualified individuals. Apprentices will work paid positions, learn hands-on from master chefs, and obtain a quality education.

Steps to Apply for the Culinary Apprenticeship Program

  1. Complete an employment application here
  2. Interview for the apprenticeship program
  3. If hired, apprentices will be required to apply online with North Central Michigan College, enroll with Northwest Michigan Works, and register with the American Culinary Federation
