Summer Dining at The Highlands
We know a lot about outdoor adventure at our resort. We have every activity under the sun and nothing can make you work up an appetite more than spending time with your family living a northern Michigan lifestyle. To make the most of experience, you're going to need fuel to keep you going, which is why our other specialty at this resort is food.
Throughout the summer we have multiple dining venues for you to savor. You can enjoy everything from a snack shack hot dog to a warm mushroom salad with a poached egg and champagne vinaigrette, all within the confines of The Highlands estate. Slopeside Lounge offers Twin Tails Tuesday, Wine Tastings on Thursday, Farm to Table Friday, and Prime Rib Saturday. Enjoy a Michigan craft beer with your meal on the patio, while still being able to watch your kids throw a game of corn hole or roast marshmallows at the bonfire.
A short shuttle ride away from the Main Lodge, experience a taste of Country Club of Boyne. Offering amazing dining events this summer including the Chef's Table and the Ty Caton Wine Dinner, as well as weekly features in the Seminole Pub and the Dornoch Dining Room. Dining at the Country Club of Boyne is open to the public daily, so don't hesitate to join us! They have the best ingredients and highly trained staff to create the perfect plate for you after a long day on the course.
