A One-On-One Dinner With Country Club of Boyne's Head Chef, Dean Grill
The Chef's Table at Boyne Highlands Resort isn't just a unique dining event but also an intimate and personal experience with our Country Club of Boyne's head Chef, Dean Grill. With private seating in the heart of The Country Club of Boyne, Chef Dean makes sure to connect with each guest. The menu focuses on seasonal American/local Michigan ingredients to give the full meal a unique taste.
During Chef's Table you get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look into what goes on in the kitchen during a typical dinner at The Country Club of Boyne along with cooking and prep tips from these professionals. With this unique dining experience, hearing the frying of the food in the pan and watching the dish slowly come together before receiving the beautifully plated finished product is an experience you can't get anywhere else.
Throughout this five course meal, Chef Dean will answer any/all questions guests have about the food he prepared as well as helpful tips and tricks he uses everyday. This private dining event starts at about $99 per person and allows up to 14 people per event. There is no refund for cancellations, however, Boyne Highlands Resort allows for a one time reschedule for a later date in the 2019 season based on availability.
