General

  • The season pass office at The Highlands is currently staffed for in-person questions daily May - October and Late November/Early December - March. If you have questions or issues in regards to your pass, you can also contact the pass office by emailing spo@highlandsharborsprings.com or at 231.526.3030.

  • Night-time is special at The Highlands. For those guests looking to ski under the bright slope lights, this ticket is for you. Night tickets are good for skiing and boarding from 5 - 9 PM on select evenings.

    • December 2023: 26 - 31
    • January 2024: 1 - 6, 10 - 14, 17 - 20, 24 - 27, 31
    • February 2024:  1 - 3, 7 - 10, 14 - 18, 21 - 24, 28-29
    • March 2024: 1 - 2, 6 - 9

    Extended Ski Hours: 9 AM - 7 PM

    • March 2024: 10-16
  • The Season Pass Office is located at The Highlands Skier Services area (lift ticket window).

  • Season Pass hours will reflect the lift ticket hours but close 1-hour prior to lift closure. If you have a question, the best way to reach the season pass office is by emailing spo@highlandsharborsprings.com or calling 231.526.3030.

  • Charging privileges are no longer available for season passes.

  • There is a replacement fee of $5 for lost season passes.

Season Pass Information

  • Benefits vary by the pass type. For specific information, visit each resort's website: 

  • It's very simple, all that matters is your age. NoMi Pass is offered to anyone between the ages of 18-29, no transcripts required.  Season passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Yes, we offer the Playground Pass for 5 and under and the Active Pass for 80+, Cost is $35 per pass. This allows you to skip the window at each visit and go direct-to-lift. 

  • For purchases through October 31, age will be determined by the passholder's age as of November 1. For purchases beginning November 1, age will be determined by the age of the passholder on the date of purchase. 

  • Times vary based on surges and busy times. We try to have passes processed as quickly as possible. 

    If you have RFID media from the previous season and you complete a purchase for 24/25, the product access is automatically loaded on the card you have. 

  • Yes, simply provide your BoyneRewards account number when purchasing your pass either online or at the season pass office. 

  • Gold passholders receive three free days of skiing at Boyne Resorts' western mountains, including Big Sky in Montana, Brighton in Utah, and Pleasant Mountain in Main. After three days, the passholder can receive 50% off regular-season window rates.

    Silver passholders receive 50% off the window lift ticket rate at any Boyne Resorts property.

    To use this benefit, the passholder must visit the resort ticket window. This benefit is valid for the passholder only.

  • 2024/25 Gold Boyne Michigan Passes has the option to add on the Ikon Base Pass for $299, which is subject to the following guidelines: 

    • Access includes Unlimited and 5-Day access to global destinations; excludes Deer Valley, Jackson Hole, Aspen Snowmass, Alta, Taos, Sun Valley and  Snow Basin.
    • Includes 8 Friends and Family vouchers, valid at Ikon Base Pass destinations.
    • Pass is non-refundable and non-transferable. 
    • Use and access require the Gold Boyne Michigan Pass to be paid in full and in good standing. 
    • Pass is valid for the 2024/25 season, and not available for spring or summer 2024 use. 
    • Product is not eligible for upgrades, deferrals or covid closure credits.
    • Deadline for redemption is December 12, 2024.

    Pass Redemption: 

    • Ikon Base Pass Add-On purchaser information will be sent to Ikon for processing.
    • The Ikon Pass Contact Center will process those eligible passholders, placing the Ikon pass product into the guests's Ikon account.
    • Passholders will then complete a waiver and other on-boarding details.

  • Season Passes are non-refundable and non-transferable.  If a passholder cannot use their pass and notifies the Customer Care office prior to December 10, a credit voucher will be issued for the full cost of the pass. The voucher must be used by November 1 of the following year.

  • After the April 17 deadline, all Boyne Michigan Pass products go off sale as we review sales, and are expected to go back on sale the following week. It is possible that certain pass products may not be available after the April 17 deadline. Promotional products may become available at a later date. 

Affirm Payment Plans

  • Affirm is a third-party payment plan provider that manages payment plans for a variety of goods and services sold online.

  • You will have the option to apply for an Affirm payment plan for 24/25 season passes and seasonal products when purchasing online. Select Payment Plan as your payment type and follow the instructions.

  • 24/25 season passes and seasonal programs qualify for payment plans, with a minimum total cart value of $250 per transaction.

  • 24/25  season passes and seasonal programs purchased by April 30, 2024, are eligible for 0% interest based on qualification. All 24/25 season passes and seasonal programs purchased after the April 30, 2024 date are not eligible for 0% interest.

    Longer payment terms are available with interest, and interest may be charged for purchasers who do not qualify for the 0% offer.
